Your North Starfor the founder's journey
The entrepreneurial journey is rarely a straight path. The Leaders' Guild brings the knowledge, people, opportunities and support of a whole ecosystem into one place, so a founder always knows what help is needed, when, and where to find it.
Not a series of events. An evolving community.
The ecosystem already offers mentors, investors, service providers and networks, but they sit apart from one another. TLG is where they come together, so founders can learn continuously, draw on real experience, build meaningful relationships and prepare for the opportunities that matter.
The philosophy behind the Guild, G.R.O.W.
Four principles shape how TLG designs its programmes, builds its community and grows its ecosystem.
Guidance
Access to knowledge, experience and mentorship that helps founders think, weigh their options and decide for themselves.
Relationships
Meaningful ties between entrepreneurs, mentors, professionals, investors and ecosystem partners, built on trust and contribution.
Opportunities
Pathways to funding, partnerships, markets, services and learning, where members also create opportunities for one another.
Well-being
A community where founders can seek help, discuss challenges openly and know they do not have to navigate the journey alone.
To empower entrepreneurs with the wisdom, relationships and opportunities to transform ideas into sustainable and impactful enterprises.
See how it all connects.
The Guild's support philosophy is organised as nine interconnected spokes around a single hub.
A trusted point of reference when the path is uncertain.
A North Star gives direction when the way ahead is unclear. Entrepreneurship is full of such moments: questions about strategy, people, markets, funding, growth, failure and partnerships, and sometimes whether to continue at all.
TLG does not promise to hand founders the answer. It helps them find the knowledge, people, perspectives, opportunities and support that let them make better decisions and move forward with greater clarity. Guidance here is meant to empower founders to think and decide, not to tell them what to do.
As the Guild matures, its strength comes from the community itself.
TLG is built to evolve. Value is demonstrated first, then each dimension grows around real member needs. Over time a cycle takes hold.
The Leaders' Guild does not seek to walk the journey on behalf of the founder. It seeks to ensure that when uncertainty arrives there is a community to turn to, when knowledge is needed there is wisdom to draw on, when opportunities emerge the founder is ready for them, and when challenges come, no one faces them alone.
The 9-Spoke Framework
TLG's support philosophy is organised around nine interconnected dimensions. Each addresses a different need in the founder's journey. Individually they add value; together they form the Guild.
Knowledge & Learning
Structured learning across the whole journey, from ideation and validation to markets, finance, people, funding, scaling and sustainability. The aim is understanding the real complexity of building, not just transferring information.
Real-World Insights
Entrepreneurs and practitioners share their actual journeys, going past the success stories to the mistakes, hard decisions, turning points and lessons that rarely make it to the stage.
Community & Networking
Connection rather than collection. Members get to understand one another, exchange perspectives and build relationships over time, until the Guild itself becomes a trusted professional community.
Founders' Corner
A place to bring genuine business challenges to the community. Support may come from fellow founders, mentors, experts or service providers, harnessing the collective capability of the Guild.
Mentor Pool
A growing panel of experienced mentors, from entrepreneurs to domain experts. TLG works to build meaningful mentor-founder relationships, not just make introductions.
Funder Pool
An ecosystem of funding sources spanning angels, venture funds, institutions, grants, government programmes and incubators. The goal is informed access to the right funding pathways, not a guarantee of funding.
Service Pool
An empanelled network of trusted providers across legal, finance, compliance, technology, branding, marketing, HR and IP. Where possible, members serve one another in a mutually supportive marketplace.
Curation
Access without preparedness wastes opportunity. TLG helps founders become mentor-ready, investor-ready and opportunity-ready before critical introductions, so those conversations count.
Ecosystem Bridge
TLG is not an island. It builds ties with incubators, accelerators, universities, industry bodies and sister communities such as Agripreneurs and Quantimizers, acting as a bridge between ecosystems rather than another silo.
TLG Vedika, the heartbeat of the Guild.
A regular physical gathering that anchors the community. Each Vedika combines learning, real-world experience, collaborative problem-solving and networking in one rhythm.
Third Saturday, every month
Vedika meets on the third Saturday of each month, from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Over time this recurring rhythm is meant to become one of the defining characteristics of a TLG gathering.
Venture Development Centre, GITAM
Sessions are currently hosted at the Venture Development Centre (VDC), GITAM. Details for each upcoming Vedika are shared with the community ahead of the meet.
TLG Community Platforms
The Hub and Spoke model comes to life through a mix of physical and digital spaces.
TLG Vedika
The monthly in-person meet that anchors everything, on the third Saturday of each month.
In personWhatsApp Community
A moderated space for knowledge sharing, requests, opportunities and introductions between meets, so the Guild stays active all month, not just once a month. Access is shared with members.
Members onlytheleadersguild.org
The digital home of the Guild. Over time it will host knowledge resources, events, mentor profiles, service providers and founder support requests.
GrowingTwo meets held, and the conversation continues.
